Selected Projects
Rainbow Book Bus
-
From the day the bus was picked up, to its debut at LA Pride, I managed all aspects of building, designing, and coordinating the transformation of this 22-foot school bus into a mobile queer library.
-
I worked with the architect, electrician, and carpenters to develop a working schedule for each phase of the buildout. I kept track of all communications, milestones, and expenses throughout the entire project and made any course corrections when needed.
-
I collaborated with an illustrator to create the final bus wrap design. In addition to art directing the illustrations and designing the remaining wrap, I sourced a bus wrap vendor and coordinated all aspects of getting the bus wrapped.
-
I created and managed the Patreon for the Rainbow Book Bus that featured photo diaries of the buildout.
ShopQueer.co (now Allstora)
-
The first project I was tasked with was redesigning the company’s Instagram to increase engagement. By utilizing existing brand elements in new ways I created a system for posting specific types of content.
-
My role grew to include managing content for social media, email newsletters, and the website. I worked with the existing CMS as well as developed new management systems to create more efficient workflows for the entire team.
-
Utilizing the design system created for social media, I created content or the website, weekly newsletters, and paid ads. This included social media posts and carousels, banners for emails and the website, and graphics for paid ads on Meta.
-
I connected with authors and publicists about our upcoming promotions of their books as well as shared the relaunch of our author program.
Straub Collaborative
-
For each project I oversaw every step from kick-off to hand-off of final deliverables. I managed multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that each one was on track. I established the project timeline and milestones, communicated needs to the client, and made sure that we were always on the same page.
-
In addition to sourcing vendors, I worked with them to build production timelines and estimates for each project. I handled the delivery of design files, proof approvals, and delivery of final products to the client.
-
I provided design support for branding, web design, toolkit layout, merchandise design, and other print and digital material.
-
The final deliverable was a collection of training videos for employees to familiarize themselves with the new brand and design assets. There was instruction where to find files, how to utilize branded templates, and the ethos behind the new brand direction.
Cultured Books Literacy Foundation

I helped brainstorm ways to create more connections with the community and deepen the relationships we’ve already built.
-
In 2021, CBLF hosted the inaugural St. Pete Reads! Literacy Festival at a local museum. I helped plan the schedule, find sponsors and and authors, and coordinate with vendors for all printed collateral.
-
I developed the branding for the inaugural St. Pete Reads! Literacy Festival. In addition to the branding, I created a suite of swag, signage, and promotional material.
-
In addition to branding the Lit Fest, I coordinated with all print vendors for the production of merchandise, signage, and promotional materials. I worked with them to build the production and delivery timeline.
